Education/Experience:
Lorne also has additional courses in counseling, CISM, Community Corrections, suicide prevention, etc. and almost 25 years of pastoral experience in parish work, prison chaplaincy, and teaching.
He has done grief/bereavement counseling, and several in-services workshops on subjects such as: Relationships, Bio-ethics, Spirituality in the Workplace, etc. etc.

Other Associations:
Lorne is a volunteer member of his local suicide prevention committee, CISM Team. He serves as a volunteer chaplain for the District Police Service & local Fire Dept. To date Lorne has written more than one hundred newspaper/magazine articles on pastoral related subjects/crime prevention, etc. Once his courses are complete, he hopes to do the same again, this time on health/wellness/nutrition, etc.
Lorne is also interested in clinical herbalism and feng shui.
